Terms of Use

The use of paper and electronic resources in the Kresge Library is governed by the Copyright Laws of the United States. Access to these resources is made available through a number of licenses granted to TSRI. Violation of the terms of these licenses can result not only in the loss of your privilege to use the resources, but also the loss of TSRI's license rights. TSRI employees and students may search, view and browse tables of contents, bibliographic data, full text and database content; and may print and/or download excerpts of reasonable quantity, provided that the use of such excerpts is personal, and does not amount to or result in commercial distribution. A Kresge Library staff member can assist you in identifying the terms and conditions for a specific resource. In addition, most web sites for journals and databases provide the full text of applicable terms of use or license agreements through links labelled as "copyright, license, terms of use, disclaimer, etc."
