What database should I use for journal literature on a particular subject or author?

Answer

Please ask a Library staff member for assistance in identifying the sources that will best address your interests, or go to the Databases page in the Library's catalog for a descriptive list of the variety of databases are available for searching. You may conduct searches at your desktop, or request that a Library staff member run a search for you. The most popular self-service online databases are PubMed/Medline, SciFinder, and Web of Science (Science Citation Index Expanded).
